Rider and the Star Sheriffs Make Home Video Debut in Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and Luxembourg
CANNES, France/ST. LOUIS, Missouri -- March 24, 2003 - Award-winning animation production and distribution company, World Events Productions, LTD, today announced that Anime House GmbH has exclusively licensed the rights to distribute the hit series, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg for the first time on home video. Under the new deal, Anime House will release all 52 episodes on 13 DVD's containing 4 episodes each. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
In making the announcement, Tiffany Ilardi, Managing Director of World Events said, "Anime House is one of the leading independent video distribution companies. We are pleased that they have chosen to market the classic series, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs under their label."
