Plans are underway to restore Maryland Plaza to the glamorous shopping destination it once was.  Koplar Properties is working to provide a distinct urban retail shopping experience for the community.  Renovation plans for Maryland Plaza include street-level, trend-setting retailers that are unique to the region, as well as cutting-edge office space on the second and third floors.  The plan also includes: a state-of-the-art fountain as a focal point of the Plaza, a European-themed backstreet, and a rooftop bistro overlooking the Plaza.  Public improvements are also planned for the streets, sidewalks, landscaping and lighting.
